I have Office 2007 and when I get an email in my inbox from a certain
individual it shows their name, subject and received in blue. I believe when
I had 2003 I made this change, but I want to clear out all colors. How do I
do that in 2007. Sorry I do not know the name of this process.

Diana - What do you mean it is set in the view? I right clicked on the
persons name I dont have customize

Outlook 2007 uses color categories, so no. If you are concerned, click the
Automatic formatting button instead and delete the rule that colors the
message blue.

Hi
Sorry to bump so late into this topic, but I'm using Office 2010 and wondering how you change the colour coding in it as I've gone through almost everything I can find in the way of settings related to posts but can't figure out how to change the colouring on my posts - I know I set it up in 2007 to highlight personal emails, but just want to change the colour, not delete the formatting - can that be done?

Thanks.
