sender does not have accept or decline buttoms

I have one computer that when they send out a calender
event or appointment there is no accept or decline button
on the email. It is received as a text message only. We
are using outlook 2002 the other 10 units work fine and I
can not find the setting that has been change on this one
unit to correct this problem.
 
Is the recipient running Outlook 2000? Try omitting the reminder.
