Sender Accepted Email going to Spam folder

All of a sudden a daily confirmation email has been sent to the spam folder.
I am a new user of Outlook and I'm having trouble finding what I need to do.

Right click on it, select Junk and add the sender's address to the safe
list.

Outlook doesn't have any folder named "Spam". Where does it _really_ go?
