Using Windows XP. I want to send some photos from my desktop to email.
When I tell Send to: the only option I have is Microsoft Outlook. Want to
use Outlook Express. How to change format?

SendTo uses the default email program. Apparently, Outlook is currently
your default email program. You will need to make Outlook Express the
default in order to 'SendTo' Outlook Express.

SeaMonkey installed, and sendto a mail recipient, SeaMonkey will open, not
Outlook Express.

Install Send To Power Toy from Win95 and you can add anything to it including
Outlook and Outlook Express among many others including Send To any File or
Folder/Clipboard and etc. Works on W2K/XP/W2K3/W2K8

SeaMonkey installed, and sendto a mail recipient, SeaMonkey will

True; only OL and OE were mentioned, so I stayed within that context.
