MS office 2002/XP

I used to print black & white only from Powerpoint and then cut and tape
each slide onto a lined form I made.

Just realized the send to Word option - including having lines appear under
each slide.

However, the document pops up in word as color - even if "sending to Word"
was chosen while in the "View Color/Grayscale/Black & white (B&W) option.

Can I just get this black & white view to print using the Send to Word
function?

Thanks.

As Sonia says, you cannot accomplish what you want to do with either PPT
2002 or 2003. I keep PPT 2000 on my computer for just that purpose.

If you do this with PPT 2000, you do not, however, have to send to MSWord
2000 as long as you follow this method:
1. View in Black & White
2. Send to MS Word
3. Pick the page layout you want for MS Word
4. CRITICAL STEP --> Select "Paste Link"
5. Click OK

When the MS Word document has been created with all of your slides in it,
5. In MS Word, Select Edit>Links and a dialog box will appear with a list
of all of the linked documents
6. Select all of the documents in the list and click on the Break Links
button.

The added 'bonus' of following this method is that the MS Word file will be
significantly smaller than it would be if you hadn't pasted as links. One
final warning: this will NOT work in slide sorter view. You must do this in
while viewing slides on Normal view or Notes Page view.

I would rather be able to do this in PPT 2003 myself, but at least this
workaround... er, ...works. Hope this helps.
