I am looking for the option to send an email to multiple addresses but have it show to the recipient that he was the only one to receive it. I know this is possible as I have received emails before that I know was sent to the entire address book. I'm just not sure how to make it happen when creating an email. Any help would be appreciated!

I would also like to know the answer to that question. If you find out please let me know. I also want to know if I can my e-mail while I'm away? Do you happen to know the answer?

I'm not sure what you mean - email while you're away. There is web outlook access if your email domain offers it.

Use the BCC field when addressing the e-mail or use Mail Merge from within
Word.

That ends up with nothing on the "to" line. There has to be another option

Yes... you could send individual messages to each person, putting each
recipient's address in the To: field. Other than that, a mail merge using
Microsoft Word is the ONLY other way to do what you want.
