Send To Menu Question

I'm a fairly seasoned user of Windows and know how to customize the Send To
menu. However, when right clicking and sending a file to a different
location from within Windows Explorer, the files also remain in their
original locations.

Is there a way to actually Move these files rather than copying and pasting
them which is how my Send To is acting.
