Send to Hidden/Anonymous Email Addresses

How do I send to Hidden/Anonymous Email Addresses? I do
not want the recepients to view each other addreses.
 
Use the BCC field. If it is not visible use View-> BCC field in a new
message.

Nope, that's the whole purpose of this field. BCC; Blind Carbon Copy. Just
test it with a message to people (or to yourself if you have more than 1
mailbox) and see if you like the results.
