I have the same problem as triker3 (Send To Help 7/9/2007). If Send To
receives focus (accidently or not) it hangs everything for about two minutes.
Nothing else on the menu does that. I've done what Rameesh asked triker3 to
do:

10/04/2007 00:50 <DIR> .
10/04/2007 00:50 <DIR> ..
11/16/2006 14:25 0 Compressed (zipped) Folder.ZFSendToTarget
10/01/2007 14:44 0 Desktop (create shortcut).DeskLink
10/01/2007 14:44 181 desktop.ini
10/01/2007 14:44 0 Mail Recipient.MAPIMail
11/16/2006 14:31 0 My Documents.mydocs
5 File(s) 181 bytes
2 Dir(s) 47,354,007,552 bytes free

Hi Gary,

How many network drives are present in the system? Perhaps Windows is taking the time to reach the network location/drives when the "Send To" menu receives focus. I'd try removing drive mappings temporarily and see what happens.

I disabled startup items in msconfig until I isolated Windows Image
Acquisition in Services. I don't know what disabling that will cause but I
suppose I'll find out. Anyway the "Send To" option on the context menu no
longer causes a 25 second system freeze.

Thanks for the update.
