SEND TO FUNCTION DONT WORK

I am using Windows XP Pro.
When you right click on a file you call up a menu of
which there is a send option.When you select "send to"
there should be "send to cd drive or drive ?? " etc etc.
I do not have this option but i am sure it used to be
there.
I have another pc and also running XP Pro and it is there
and works fine just dont know how to sort it out.

PLEASE HELP.

In Windows Explorer, right-click the CD drive letter, then create a
shortcut and place it in the SEND TO directory (folder).
