Send to email, make photos smaller

I used to get an option to make photos smaller when sending to an email
recipient. No I don't. Occasionally, but not always, in "Attachment
Options" after building the message, I get a drop down box for the photo
size. Why has it changed? Is it due to a windows update, or to my loading of
Adobe Photoshop?

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type
(or copy/paste):

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
