"Send to database" is GREY!!!

I don't have the option to choose "Send to database" when using the Form
Properties box (Frontpage extensions in place, asp activated). Help!
 
1. Make sure you have a web / site open
2. Make sure you have IIS selected under Page Options / Authoring
3. Make sure you have VBScript selected under Page Options / Authoring
