Send to command with a prompt for destination file

I want to customize the send to command so that I can choose a different folder on the same drive when I use this option. Does anyone have any advice how to prompt for a folder destination with a shortcut within the send to command?

Send To Clipboard as Contents
Send To Clipboard as Name
Send To Command Line
