a short cut to CD in the send to folder. Sending selected pictures to
CD Drive says E drive is not accessible. Obviously there is some problem?

My Computer, right click on CD drive, select Properties, then Recording
tab. Is Enable CD recording on this drive checked?

and the suggestion by Crickton said the same thing that has been
suggested by you. It was not checked and after checking it all is Ok
