Is there a way in 03 OWA, to send to 2 or more distribution lists at the same
time? Thanks in advance!

Sure. Just put both lists in one of the recipient fields.

Thanks Brian but it doesn't seem to work that way. You can only chose one at
a time and we are unable to see out DL's in the OWA GAB when we drop it down
to our contacts. Can you secifically explain what you mean?

Click To. From the address book list, select the first DL. Scroll to the
second DL, hold CTRL and select te second DL. Click "To ->" or "Cc ->" or
Bcc ->" and both DLs will be added to the field. Click OK.

Thanks anyway Brian. Your explanation works fine in Outlook client but not in
OWA which is where my customers have an issue and I do not know if it is
configured improperly on the server or if there is an issue with the GAB in
OWA but one cannot even see their DL's in the OWA GAB (contacts) making it
impssible to choose any DL's. I'm going to go look at the KB's. Thanks again.

Here's what I did. I created two DLs, named Test1 and Test2 in Outlook. I
then opened OWA and created a new message. When I clicked To, the address
book search came up and was empty for both the GAL and for my Contacts. If
I searched for "test", nothing was found. I canceled the address book
search.

However, if I entered "test" in the To field of the compose window and
pressed CTRL-K (Check Names), then both of the DLs showed up. I selected
the first one and added it to "To". I then entered "test" again, cressed
CTRL-K and was able to select the other to add as well.

Ok, you are my hero! It is a few steps but it works. Thank you so much for
working so hard at it. I will take note and share the good news!
