send text file to a website?

Hi,

I have written an Access 2000 VBA application that as its final output creates
a text file. After the text file is created a user goes to an https website
to upload the file.

Our department has a .net 1.1.4 web app that creates same type of text file
but automatically sends the file with login done automatically to the same
site.

I would like this Access application to do the same. Is this possible?

Can someone show sample code or a reference on the web?
