"Send" starts Windows Installer for MS Works 2000

Every time I hit the send button on a message, a Windows
Installer box pops up and starts trying to install MS
Works 2000. If I hit "cancel," it will pause for a few
seconds, then continue normally (spell checking, etc.).
This is wasting my time and driving me nuts - HELP!

So let the installer complete, its obvious the system is repairing
something!!
