It depends on the Mobile you have. There are 3 common ways to transfer data
to or from PC to Mobile:
1. Bluetooth
2. Data Cable
3. Card Reader
If you have Bluetooth device plugged in with your PC then the same feature
should also be available in your mobile too.
Data cable is much better way to connect Mobiles to PC. Mostly all the
mobiles can be connectted through Data Cables where as not every mobile has
Bluetooth.
If your Mobile has Memory Card then Card Reader will be the much easier way
to transfer data.
Moreover, you need Drivers for both Bluetooth and Data Cable. Mostly the
Card Reader don't require drivers as Windows XP automatically install the
device.
Make sure that you have Anti Virus and Anti Spyware programs installed
before connecting mobile to PC. Must much their virus definition is up to
date.
