i would like to send sms by connection to ICQ in C#.net ,
can you please give me a code for this ?

You can send an SMS through most carriers by simply sending an email to the
10DigitPhoneNumber+gateway of the carrier in the following list:

Verizon: (e-mail address removed)
AT&T: (e-mail address removed)
Sprint: (e-mail address removed)
T-Mobile: (e-mail address removed)
Nextel: (e-mail address removed)
Cingular: (e-mail address removed)
Virgin Mobile: (e-mail address removed)
Alltel: (e-mail address removed)
CellularOne: (e-mail address removed)
Omnipoint: (e-mail address removed)
Qwest: (e-mail address removed)

You can also use teleflip.com - a free service that does the same.
