For many years I successfully used Outlook Express. Today
I decided to switch to Outlook 2003. I could not get my
messages sent or received; however, the test message was
successfully sent! But it came back on Outlook Express
when I brought it up later. Observation:
When I start Outlook 2003 the send/receive button drops
off the tool bar after about 1 second. This situation was
identified after extensive trouble shooting with my ISP
support group. Is this a software problem? Or am I
missing something?
