send receive progress window keeps appearing

I have Outlook 2002 for windows XP. I have already checked don't show this
window on the send receive window. The window keeps poping up how do I stop
it.
 
The KB is The Microsoft Support Knowledge Base; Russ gave you a hyperlink to
a Knowledge Base article that tells how to fix the problem you're
experiencing. It saves time and space to post a hyperlink that you can
click rather than paste the whole article into a message. A shorter link to
the article and it's title:
