Send/Receive no longer starts automatically

I installed Windows Mobile 6.1 and now my e-mail no longer starts to
send/receive automatically when I start Outlook. How do I reset Outlook to
automatically start it's send/receive cycle as soon as I start Outlook.
Please advise.
