Send/Receive button not working (3rd posting)

This is the third time I am posting this so I hope someone
out there can help me.

When I click on my Send/Receive button it does not send
out composed e-mail or retreive e-mail from my ISP. When
I test the accounts with the "Test Account Settings"
button it sends an e-mail that I can retreive on my ISP.
I have tried disableing my anti-virus, recreating the
accounts, reinstalling Outlook 2002, and downloading all
of the service paks and updates.

For some reason the Send/Receive still does nothing.
Everything had worked fine up until a week ago. No new
installs. No viruses found.

I'm at a loss of what to do.

You can check your Send/Receive setting at;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive
If thing are setupp correctly there you can select the default Send/Receive
group and press Edit to see the exact send/receive properties for that
account.

If these are correctly as well try recreating your mail profile (do not
copy) which is different from recreating accounts
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles
