Using outlook 2003, windows xp pro, not using exchange. When attempting to send/receive function, an error message is received "You do not have permission to perform this operation" I have seen that error a couple times on here and have yet to see any kind of resolution. the user can use outlook express just fine, just not outlook 2003. We have reinstalled outlook 2003, created new users, created new profiles in the control pannel in windows. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck finding the on off switch for this permission problem.
