Thanks for the quick reply. When you say I'll need to
send it as a pdf, I'm a little confused: My choices are
plain text, RTF, and HTML. That's really the crux of my
question -- HOW do I send the message as a pdf, as opposed
to sending a (text) message with a pdf file attached. If
my recipient's email client can't display the pdf, I
assume their client will show my message with an
attachment; I can live with that since I can't control
that. But for anybody with a client that is able to
display an inline pdf file (including those who use a
browser to read their email), they'll see the pdf file
without having to open an attachment (in the same way
formatted HTML email messages display.)
I'm using Outlook 2003 on XP Pro connected to a SBS 2K
server running Exchange 2000.
Thanks again in advance.

Ehm...
"I want to be sure that every recipient sees exactly what I sent in exactly
the format I sent it."
Then you'll need to send it as a PDF as the message format also depends on
the mailclient being used an whether or not the mailserver supports that
type of formatting.

Is there a way to send a pdf file as the message and not
as an attachment? I want to be sure that every recipient
sees exactly what I sent in exactly the format I sent it.
Thanks
