Send Page/Link by Email Greyed out

For some reason, the captioned in the "FIle" menu is now greyed out and
cannot be used. Likewise the send page/link by email is now missing from the
"Mail" icon on the Toolbar!

Is there any way these can be recovered? I have searched the many HELP
features but cannot locate a solution. Thanks so much!!!
 
Thanks for the query - I have Windows XP Home. However, after posting my
question, I found the answer in that I had removed MS OUtlook and that in
itself had removed the email function. Now that I have this restored the
email function now works from Internet Explorer. Thanks again,
