Hello - we just restructured our month end closings to oblige the company
that bought us. They do not use Exchange, but they do have month end
closings. Our new month end closings are (not the real ones) as follows:

June 6
July 3
August 4
September 5
October 5
etc

There isn't a real pattern, but he would like to make it one calendar item -
a recurrence and send it out to 20 or so employees. Then it would show up on
their calendars. Anyone know how to do this? It would break his heart if he
found out he couldn't do it!

Thanks,

Patrick

Use an application such as WS Repeat Appointments - it does non-standard
recurring appointments quite nicely.

After furious head scratching, Patrick asked:

I require to send out a similar meeting request. Where would I find WS Repeat
Appointments?
