Send on Behalf of Problem

I have a client who is having the following problem with sending an Email
from Outlook 2003. Here is what he is seeing:

From: Ryan Stephan [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Ryan
Stephan
Sent: Tuesday, October 13, 2009 8:35 AM
To: 'E. Michael Rossman'
Subject: Doyel


When I checked his delgation option, it was blank. Is there anything else
that could be causing this?

This is a POP3 Email Account on the GoDaddy Mail Server.
