Send Multiple Outlook Messages

What is the proccess to send multiple messages? Right now
I have to send each message individually, but would like
to store the messages and send all replies at once.

You can enter more then one name in the To, CC or BCC field. To devide the
addresses use ";" so it will show up like this
(e-mail address removed); (e-mail address removed)

When the recipients do not know eachother it is better to use the BCC field
so they won't see other people's addresses
