Send Message to Contacts in a Public Folder

When I open a Contact via my mailbox in OWA 2003, I see a button titled "Send Mail to contact". When I open a Contact via a Public Folder in OWA 2003, I don't see that button. I would appreciate any info regarding how to add that button for Contacts in a Public Folder. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I've the same problem in my organisation.
Is there any way to access contacts in public folders in the "new mail form"?

In OWA? Only by copy and pasting the address.

None that I've heard of.
