send message problem

i am using Microsoft outlook 2007, my problem is that, i can send more than
900kb, and its show message has been sent.but in receiver end not able to
receive that file. when i try to send less than 800 kb file than receiver
receive that file. so pls give me any idea how to resolve this types of
problem. i am not using Microsoft exchange

Your ISP is allowing msgs to go out with large attachments, but your
receipant either is not allowed to have 900kb attachments OR has told their
ISP to hold all large attachments & not download them. Have them check their
Outlook settings and those of their ISP & release the limit.

Does the recipient have a cap on the size of the attachment they're allowed
to receive?
