Send invitations but not have them on my calendar

I often have to arrange meetings on behalf of other people where I will not
be attending personally. Is there a way to set these up without them showing
up on my calendar?

I often have to arrange meetings on behalf of other people where I will not

up on my calendar?

One was is to create another calendar folder and open that folder before
creating the new invitation. The event will be aded to the created calendar
and not your main calendar. You can then either delete the event in the
second calendar, keeping the calendar folder for the next time you want to do
this, or you can simply delete the second calendar.
