I have outlook 2002, on windows home xp. For some reason,
the taskbar that contains send on a new msg has
disappeared so when I reply, there is no send button to
click on. What happened and how can I fix it?

Also, my signature has suddenly become double-spaced.
Not sure how that happened either. Seems that there is
something connected since these two events occurred
together.

Choose View-> Toolbars-> and make sure Standard is selected.

For the double space. An Enter is considered a new paragraph in HTML. Use
SHIFT+ENTER to create a line break.

Thank you Roady but still not clear how to correct. I
created the msg in options I guess. Wans't a problem
until today. So what ca n I do? The send problem worked,
thank you

It could be because you weren't using HTML format before? If you recreate
your signature with SHIFT+ENTER you should be OK. Also make sure that your
default mail style ins't set to paragraph but to normal (Format->
Style->...)

I don't see anything that says format style- normal.
Sometihng that looks like format style but normal isn't a
choice- just rich text, html and plain text. am i looking
in the right place?

deborah

It is not in Options but on your menu File, Edit, View,... Format. Here
you'll see Style which expands to a whole lists of styles.
