Send forms from outlook 2000 corporate workgroup mode through POP svr

I would like to send and receive forms in
Corporate/Workgroup mode through a pop server rather than
exchange server. Internet only mode may not be possible
for a W2k terminal server ( http://www.experts-
exchange.com/Applications/MS_Office/Outlook/Q_20913462.html
)
It seems that ordinarily important information on the
custom fields etc is lost going through a pop sever. Refer
below:
To paraphrase Stefri: 'If a unix [or any pop server it
seems] mailer strips off the definition of the form (which
uses TNEF, not really supported by unix mailer which
doesnt not handle binary values), the form will never be
readable as ModifiedForm and will revert to standard mail
read layout.' ( http://www.experts-
exchange.com/Applications/MS_Office/Outlook/Q_20910361.html
)

However, I have been able to successfully send and receive
forms but only when outlook is changed from
corporate/workgroup to Internet only mode. As such I would
like to know what the difference between a pop account in
Workgroup/Corporate mode is vs the same pop account in
Internet only mode. And in turn if there is any way then
to get outlook to use the same process it would for
sending the custom form email through workgroup mode the
same way as it would for the internet only mode, so that
forms will work.

Thanks

Check the settings for the recipient addresses and make sure the "send in
Outlook rich text foromat" box is checked for each one.

Thanks Sue
That's made it work!
Is there any way to get all emails to automatically be
sent RTF, rather than having to change each address book
entry. Also if theres a one off address entered into the
form it has to be changed to RTF every time from what I am
experiencing. Any way around that other than makeing an
address book entry for them?

No, you'll need to change each one.
