send form data to email and database?

I have a form set up where it will send the data entered in the form to an
Access database. Is it posible to also send the data from the form to an
email address? It seems that I am alowed to do one or the other, but not both.

applies to FP2002 and FP2003 as well, however depending on server version, you may have use CDOSYS
to process the email, instead of CDONTS
