Send file as email

User needs to use the Send to: Mail Recipient but it does not work. We get
an error "Microsoft Word could not open the email envelope." Any idea what
we need to do?

Windows 2000
Word 2000
Outlook 2000

Thanks. We'll give it a try. When I checked the Knowledge Base I did not
get a hit on this document, probably because the user did not give me the
exact wording. When I tried the correct wording I got the hit.

I had a hard time finding it, too, Brenda, but I just kept taking words off
the error message until I found it.

Also note that if you are using Outlook 2003, then you must also be using
Word 2003.
