send fax

I had new modem install , but when I got it back . The fax sound like it sending but it does not ring phone on other end
 
Are you using dialing rules by any chance? Please check that in Phone and
modem options in control panel and check your current location. If this
doesn't work please post the modem name and the steps that you are
performing to send the fax.
