Several times a day I get booted off explorer with the
box - would I like to send an error report. After I send
the report it says that microsoft has no solution to my
problem but I may want to upgrade to explorer 6 sp1 which
I already have done.

About a third of the time I lose my connection altogether.
Any suggestions?

What kind of Internet Connection are you using?
Dial-Up? DSL? Cable? (Ethernet or USB)?
The Microsoft type of Error Report that you are getting
is just a symptom of an underlying issue.
It is my hunch (and that is all it is at this point)
is that your Internet Explorer problem is being caused
by spyware or a virus.

I suggest you do the following:

Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab |

Delete all cookies, Delete all Temporary Internet Files (including offline
content)
Remove all Downloaded Program Files (you click on the "Settings" button next
to "Delete Files" and then click on the "View Objects" button)
Clear History

Now click on the "Advanced tab" at the top of Internet Options
In the Browsing section uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart)"

Click Apply and OK at the bottom of Internet Options

Restart the computer

Download and install an Anti Spyware program, install it, scan the system
with it.
delete all spywares that are found.

Test Internet Explorer again.

Here are two Anti Spyware programs that are available for free:

You may also want to scan your system with a free online Anti Virus scanner:

If any of the above links do not work,
you may have to copy and paste them
into the Internet Explorer Address bar.
