Send E-mail problems NAV

Hello,
I have installed Norton Internet Security 2004, and am no longer able to
send E.mails with an attachment. I get the 1003,9 error message which is
mentioned in
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPOR...sf&view=docid&dtype=&prod=&ver=&osv=&osv_lvl=
I have tried it all, and still have no success sending attachments.
Has anyone else had similar experiences?
I use Outlook XP, Winxp pro.

Do you have your firewall set to let Noron access to the Internet?
If not, I believe that is the message you will receive. Not positive,
though.
Otherwise go to the Symantec website and look in the Q&A or otherware.
