Send document as email body message

Hi there!

I have recently only started using Powerpoint. I just want to know how you
can send a single sheet to an email recipient but not as an attachment, but
rather as an email body.

Looking forward to hearing from you...
 
The only way I know is to save you presentation as an image, and inert that into your email.
