I have sent digital photo (3 minute) movies by Outlook Express to recipients
who have been unable to download the transmissions. My Outlook Express sent
file shows the movies as having been sent as an attachment and plays on my
computer without a problem. I would appreciate any suggestions as to what I
may be doing wrong. The receiver's have different mail systems other than
Outlook Express--Could this be a reason for the download problem?

Sometimes it can be the ISP stripping
the attachment and it could be your
recipients mail settings blocking the
attachment.

Try uploading your files to a
site like the following examples...
your recipients will receive
a link so they can download the file.

"YouSendIt"
http://www.yousendit.com/

"SendSpace"
http://www.sendspace.com/

"Dropload"
http://www.dropload.com/

Hi Tommac,

What about creating a free web based email in yahoo or hotmail, email it
there and give the recipient the password, then all who wish can DL to their
PC

John: Thanks to you and XPCC novice for your suggestions. I tried the first program listed (yousendit.com/) and it worked OK for all but one recipient whose media player produced the audio but not the video. Thanks again for your help. Tommac
