How I can send commands or intructions to the ieee1394 port with windows XP???

What hardware device is involved? What are you trying to do? (Not saying
that I know the answer but before anyone can attempt to help, they'll need
to know those things.)

Also, Start>Run> CMD may be useful. Look up "command-line" in Help and
Support for an A-Z list of available commands.
