I just changed my email default from Outlook Express to
Outlook. I wrote an email, but when I went to send it,
there was no send button. Can't find it on any of the
toolbars.

The button may have been removed accidentally. Here's how to restore a toolbar:

1) On the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click the Toolbars tab.
2) In the Toolbars box, click the name of the toolbar you want to restore.
3) Click Reset.

If that doesn't work, you might try to repair office:

1) Go to Help menu > Detect and Repair.
2) Select the appropriate check boxes in the Detect and Repair screen, then click Start.
Note: Discard my customized settings and restore default settings wil ensure the most complete repair, but as the name implies, you loose any and all custom views, fonts, toolbar settings, etc.
3) Insert the Office 2003 CD when prompted.
4) Detect and repair completes, usually with 5 minutes or so.

1.. Start Outlook.
2.. On the Tools menu, click Options.
3.. Click the Mail Delivery tab, and then click Reconfigure Mail Support.
4.. On the E-mail Service Options page, click Corporate or Workgroup, and
then click Next.
5.. Follow the on-screen instructions to reconfigure Outlook e-mail
support.
