Send but no Recieve

I just got done setting up Win2K on my MSI Neo 2-LS
(motherboard) with the onboard Intel LAN.

The machine is connected to a hub then to a router and
then to a Motorola Surfboard cable modem. The machine
worked without a problem prior to me installing this new
motherboard. I just did a system Repair of Win2k and
installed the new drivers for the new hardware. So far,
everything else seems to be working fine with exception of
my Network/Internet Connection.

My Network Connection (in My Network Places Properties and
on the Network Connection icon in the task bar) indicated
I'm connected, however there are Sent Packets indicated,
but none recieved.

As such, I can't connect to the internet.

When I unplug my network cable, it does detect it being
unplugged, and then plugged back in.

Any ideas?

Try to uninstall and re-install TCP/IP. I know that sound like a cliché but
that is the quickest way to resolve this issue.

I went into Local Area Network, Properties and Uninstalled
TCP/IP Protocal, then restarted the computer, then
reinstalled it, then restarted the computer again and even
still I'm not receiving packets through the network
connection.

I tried disabling the onboard LAN and clearing out the
network settings in Windows and then re-enabling the
onboard LAN and letting Windows reconfigure it. Still, no
receive.

In my house we have 4 other computers on the network, mine
is not visible to the others. Our Workgroup/Network ID
is "HOME".

The onboard LAN is a Intel Pro 10/100 VE.
