Send and recieve at startup in outlook/Office XP

I have looked in the tools options send and recieve
section and can not find an option to set send and
recieve at start up, can anyone help.
 
Hi, I just tried the fix sugested and stil no go, when I
start Outlook I hear an error beep but get no error
message, I am running Office XP with Outlook 2002 and
SP3, any other sugestions would be apreciated.

On the Tools menu, Send/Receive Settings, Define Send/Receive
Groups...

As long as you enable a number other than '0' in the 'Automatically
check for mail every ___ minutes' box, Outlook will also automatically
check for mail at startup.

I have set that to 5 minutes and still it does not work,
I have looked at my computer at work and the setting are
the same as my home PC, same version, service pack every
thing, but still no go!!!! any other suggestions?
