Having connected my "standalone" laptop to my company network on Friday (not the first time) I was told to set up a new user profile for outlook. Having done this I can no longer carry out a send and receive operation. I have done a detect and repair, but now when I start outlook I see the Send and Receive option on the menu breifly and then it vanishes. Has anyone an idea as to why it has gone and more to the point how to get it back! Thanks. I would put an email address but as I can't send or receive there is little poit ;(
