Send and Receive ALL in Windows Mail

In Win Mail when I check for mail it only checks one account out of 4...

When I try "Send and Receive All" it still only received one mail account?

Does win mail check and receive mail from ALL of your pop accounts at the
same time?

Go to each account (Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties) and verify you
have the checkbox checked there to check that account when synchronizing.
