One of my uers has two email address: (e-mail address removed) (primary) and
(e-mail address removed). What Im trying to do is have all mail sent to
(e-mail address removed) go to a specific folder. I have tried different types
of rules and it ends up sending all his mail to that folder. Any ideas?

The "with specific words in the recipient's address" condition should work.

It didnt. Thats actually the first rule I tried. Because we use exchange,
all of the users emails will have his full name as the recipients address.
Unless there is a way to modify that per email address, I dont think this is
possible.

Then the "with specific words in the headers" should work.

Perfect! Thats exactly what I needed. Thank you.

Now, if you can figure this one out I will be very happy:

When I receive an email from that alternate adress, how can I reply using
that same address instead of my primary? Ive granted myself (domain admin)
the send as right to my own mailbox and that doesnt work, it generates an NDR
stating that I dont have permission to send to this recipient. If I can omit
using the FROM field and just reply to the email that was sent to the
alternate address that would be great.

Do you have an account with that second address defined?

No. I was afraid that you were going to ask me that. I'll need one
wont I?

Yes, but it's a simple task to create one. Tools>E-mail Accounts.
