Send a Text File on Server without Human interaction

I sent a message in earlier.....but everyone thought I just wanted to send a
text file via email.....Forgive me for not being more specific.....I have a
text file on a server and I need to write some code for automatic sending of
this text file at a scheduled time WITHOUT human intervention......I do NOT
use Outlook as my email program. Any suggestions?

Well contrary to popular belief you can script ftp.exe, search google for how. I would suggest writing a batch file to do whatever you need done, then schedule it in task scheduler. No extra software needed :
