and translating it to German for printing?

You could try using software or special Internet sites for this as it
has already been recommended here. I personally would ask someone who
can do this for you. Technical solutions often lead to funny results.
 


Don't expect too much of any machine translation. But especially those
free ones on the Web. Try going to a German web site and getting
Babelfish to translate it into English for you. If that quality is
good enough for you then use it. Otherwise you'll have to get someone
to translate it for you. The professional rate is around 12 US cents a
word. But you don't need professional quality for a letter so you
could probably get it cheaper from a student for example.
